Summary:

The Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative is responsible for gathering and reviewing necessary documentation for borrowers’ student loan applications and providing an exemplary customer service experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively and professionally to customers’ questions and comments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering and reviewing necessary documentation for borrower’s student loan applications
  • Providing an exemplary customer service experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Responding effectively and professionally to customer’s questions and comments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of how business processes relate to data
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reside in the United States
  • A high school diploma or GED
