Summary:
The Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative is responsible for gathering and reviewing necessary documentation for borrowers’ student loan applications and providing an exemplary customer service experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively and professionally to customers’ questions and comments.

- Providing an exemplary customer service experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.
- Responding effectively and professionally to customer’s questions and comments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of how business processes relate to data
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reside in the United States
- A high school diploma or GED
