TSv5 (T5) is CampusDoor’s multi-tenant loan origination software platform that provides application intake, processing, certification and disbursement services. Designed to provide different views into the system, the platform provides application intake and MyAccount for consumers, a certification and scheduling system for financial aid officers, a searchable live application management system for clients, and an integrated workflow management platform for internal or external loan processors. Detailed access controls allow CampusDoor to customize user access to precisely the functions needed for each individual accessing the platform.

For Applicants

Applicants enter and submit applications using our custom branded web application, or through any other application via CampusDoor’s application intake API. CampusDoor’s T5 provides application decisioning, automated reminders and pull-through, direct upload capabilities for applicants to provide necessary documentation, and an integrated electronic signature experience to accept their loan and sign their promissory note and other loan documents. Applicants can access important documents and track their loan application from start to final disbursement.

For Financial Aid Officers

Financial Aid Officers use CampusDoor’s T5 platform to certify approved loan requests and schedule disbursement of funds. The T5 platform provides school’s easy access to their pending student roster and a searchable database to quickly find the students for whom they need to certify loan funds.

For Clients

Clients have varying access into T5 that can provide their team a host of specialized permissions that will allow them access to just see loan account information, up to being able to process loan application elements themselves. Dynamically designed, the platform provides thousands of customizations that ensure that clients can deliver unique products to the marketplace that help students find the right financing for their futures. Clients can integrate with T5 for single sign on through their authentication provider or utilize CampusDoor’s MFA login functionality. A dynamic reporting portal allows clients to quickly access reporting both within the portal and through direct FTP delivery in the formats that it needs.
